The Final day of Twelve

For the 12th day of Christmas, I wanted to focus completely on the reason for the celebration of Christmas, which of course, is Christ’s birth and what His life means to us. I hoped to find some kind of Nativity. By this time I was needing to get ready to go out of town and needed all things in order. I was happy to have found this sweet trinket box at the dollar tree.

We coupled it with the poem of the Christmas towel. If you haven’t heard it before, it is really worth the time to read it. It is a default gift I give every year to one person or another. A personal favorite. People enjoy the thoughtful story as well as getting a new cloth for use in their kitchen. I love things to be useful!

I hope you have enjoyed your 12 days of Christmas gift giving and that it has done for you what it does for our family, which is, to bring more fully around the spirit of giving, love, and service.

 Merry Christmas!
