At the time I didn’t really know what I was going to do with it, I had just seen the things people were doing with it and wanted one of my own. It sat around for quite awhile in my garage until last month when I went to a church rummage sale and found this:
Well, I have to confess, it didn’t look like this yet, it was actually really smooth and a shiny wood stain. I thought I’d taken a before picture, but I must have forgotten with all the projects I’ve had going on. I picked it up (for 10 cents, nice deal huh?!) thinking it looked the perfect size and for a dime I was at no real loss, brought it home and tried it out. It fit perfectly. YAY!
So I gave them both my rusting remedy (details in a future post)
which I will be sharing soon, so Stick around!
How clever! I have always loved the look of glass cloches but glass and my kiddo's don't seem to get along just yet. This is a great, fun, and unique solution. Great job! Pin'd =) Marcy @ day2day SuperMom
