I don’t commonly share more than one recipe a week…when I share one, but tonight we made these for the second time in a week. They are yummy and go fast, so I decided to go ahead and share it!
Harvest Pumpkin Brownies–
16oz. pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 C. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
( I add chocolate chips- approx 1- 1 1/2 C.)
Mix well and pour in greased jelly roll pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 min. Cool and spread with cream cheese frosting. Frosting as follows:
6 Tbs. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, soft
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
2 C powdered sugar
Whip with beaters. Spread on brownies. Dust with spices. Delish!
