Looking for a seasonal treat that will satisfy those tastebuds? Ohhh-hoho, have you asked for it! Here is a delicious way to celebrate any fall festivity.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars–
2 C Flour
2 C packed brown sugar
1/2 C butter, melted
1 softened brick cream cheese
15 oz canned pumpkin
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Mix flour, brown sugar, and butter together. Press 1/2 of the mixture in a 9×13 pan, approx. 1/4″ thick. Blend the rest of this mixture with the remaining ing. Pour onto the crust and bake at 350 dgrees for 30-40 min. It has the texture of a cross between pumpkin pie and a bar. Served best with a dollop of whipped topping. My children enjoyed adding their own sprinkles.
Bars should be moist, dense and yummy!
